Privacy notice

Last updated: 18 September 2026

This notice explains how Media Masters handles information submitted through masters.media.

Information you share

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, company or website (if supplied), partnership interest, vertical, and message. Please do not include payment details, identity documents, or sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.

How information is used

We use enquiry details to review the potential partnership and respond to your request. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are stored in a private area of the website’s hosting account, outside its public document directory. Our hosting provider processes website requests and may maintain operational and security logs. Where email notifications are enabled, the information is also processed by the relevant email providers.

Cookies and technical data

The contact form uses an essential session cookie, named mm_enquiry, to protect against forged submissions. This site does not install advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and photographs are served directly by this website. An address-derived security identifier is used to limit abusive form requests; the rate-limit records are separate from enquiry content.

Retention and your requests

Enquiry information is kept for handling the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and should be removed when no longer needed unless a further retention obligation applies. You can use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask a privacy question. Include “Privacy request” in your message and use the email address associated with your original enquiry so we can respond and verify the request.

External links

Links to photography credits or other external websites take you to services that have their own privacy practices.
